The Process:

First we will discuss the details of your wedding and the style you are hoping to portray through the invitations. I encourage you to share any pictures, ideas and color swatches that you may have collected (Pinterest is great for this!). You will then choose a color theme and paper type.

 

I will develop a detailed pricing estimate (including design and materials) which you will receive in about 5 – 7 days after the information is provided to me. If you decide to proceed, a contract will be created and must be signed and returned with a non-refundable 50% deposit. Upon receipt of your contract and deposit, your order is set and the fun begins! Please note that designing is not started before the initial deposit is received.

 

When you request timing for order completion, keep in mind that wedding invitations are typically sent out 6-8 weeks prior to the event. After receiving your deposit I will provide you with design concepts in a digital PDF format. All proofs are exchanged through email. The invitation design will be completed first so that an overall look is established. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make changes until you are satisfied with the final product. Once a design is chosen, additional cards such as RSVP, Reception, and Hotel Information will be created to match the look and feel of the invitation.

 

Design of wedding day items such as programs, place cards, table number, etc. will take place after your final invitation design has been established. These items are add ons and will be billed separately.

 

A final proof will be provided for your approval. It is your responsibility to review that every detail is correct, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. After your final approval is received, materials are ordered and the project goes into production. At this time no further changes can be implemented and specified quantities cannot be decreased.

 

As the project is finished, I will contact you to make arrangements for shipping your order.

 

Final payment is due prior to shipping.
